All of our chicken is pasture-raised on-farm by us. Under this model, we are restricted to raising poultry during the months of the year that allow birds to graze on pasture. Although our chicken selection is limited at this time, we are currently raising our spring batches. We will be restocked with all of our chicken cuts by mid May.
