Pork Loin Chop (Bone In)

2 bone-in loin chops per package. 

We offer 2 different cuts of pork chops. Rib chops are a thicker cut coming from farther up on the loin.  Center cut chops are cut slightly thinner and trimmed closer making them a leaner cut.
