With this deposit you are reserving a large (5-6 pound) ham.  The ham will be traditionally cured, and cut 5-6 inches thick, skin-on, with a bone in the center. The total price for the ham is $12.99/lb.  A $25 deposit is due upon reservation, with the balance due when you pick up your ham.
