Bone-in Pork Shoulder Steaks (country ribs)

1 per package, approximately 1.25 inches thick.  Cut from the shoulder portion of the pig.  A  versatile, tender, and flavorful cut. Shoulder Blade Steaks and Picnic Shoulder Steaks. Great on the grill, in a cast iron pan, or in a crock pot. Sometimes called a country rib. 

This is one of our favorite cuts of pork!
